Shipping & Delivery
Orders are shipped from Japan to the United States via EMS (Express Mail Service). Shipping fees are calculated at checkout based on your order. U.S. import duties are prepaid by JUNCTION through Zonos before shipment.
Regarding returns
We generally do not accept returns, exchanges, or refunds.
If your item arrives defective, damaged, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and provide your order number and photos showing the condition of the item.
After confirming the issue, we will send a replacement item at no additional cost. If a replacement item is unavailable, we will issue a refund.
