【Shipping Information】
・For orders with free shipping, you cannot specify the delivery method.
・Domestic shipping is free for orders totaling 15,000 JPY or more.
*Large items such as fishing rods are not eligible for free shipping; separate shipping fees apply even for orders over 15,000 JPY.
・Standard delivery is handled via Yamato Transport (Takkyubin).

■ Kuroneko Yu-Packet (Shipping fee: 385 JPY)
・Limited to a maximum of 3 items per order.
・Eligible items must be within 60cm for the sum of three sides, 34cm or less for the longest side, 1cm/2cm/3cm or less in thickness, and weigh 1kg or less.
・Delivery is made via mailbox drop-off.
・We do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times.
・Estimated delivery time is approximately 2 to 7 days from the shipping date (varies by region).
・We cannot accept returns or exchanges due to package damage.

■ Yamato Transport (Takkyubin)
・Our standard delivery method is Yamato Transport.
・For items eligible for Kuroneko Yu-Packet, you may select it as your shipping method during checkout.
・Shipping fees vary depending on the destination region and product size.
・Items exceeding size 100 will be shipped via payment upon delivery (shipping fees collected at delivery).

■ Regarding Sagawa Express
・Orders totaling 15,000 JPY or more will be shipped via Sagawa Express.
・Even if you select Yamato Transport or Kuroneko Yu-Packet, we will switch the shipping to Sagawa Express if the conditions are met.

■ Regarding Combined Shipping
・In principle, large items cannot be bundled with other items.
・Items will be shipped together only if they can be consolidated.
・We will contact you separately if bundling is not possible.

■ Regarding Dispatch
・Currently, we do not accept requests for specific delivery dates or times for any shipping method.
・Orders placed after 12:00 PM (noon) will be shipped on the next business day.

【Regarding Leather Items】
・Sold-out items are made to order individually. If you place a pre-order now, it will take approximately 3 to 4 weeks for delivery.
・Depending on production status, it may take longer.
・For limited-edition items, due to material availability, sales will end once the production capacity is reached.
・As these items are also sold in our physical store, there may be cases where we inform you of stock shortages after your order due to timing. We appreciate your understanding.
